One day in office...

Boss : Your shoes are looking stressed up.

Me: Is it? Oh must be the way I wear them. It's chaffed and scratched. They are leather too...

Boss: Genuine leather?

Me: Yea, these are expensive pumps. Darn it.. I only wore them in the office..tsk.

Boss: You just need to polish them and they will be brand new.

Me: Oh is it? Erm...but I don't have shoe shine. I'll buy some later.

Boss: Give them to me, I'll do it and return back on Monday..

Me: Huh? WHAT YOU SERIOUS? No lar....

Boss: That is ok, I do my kids' shoes as well. What is another pair..

Despite feeling like I will be strike by lightning for asking my boss to shine my shoes, I did gave them to him cause he seems insulted that I don't trust him to shine my shoes. They came back brand new!

The following Monday...

Boss: Why are you still wearing your runners?

Me: Erm, they look so new like you used a marker pen on them, I don't dare to wear them.

Boss: O_o ~ doink.

Anyway as a token of appreciation I shout him his favorite double espresso. Thanks Boss.
